SMART HOME CLIMATE CONTROL IN DUBAI

Comfort that considers cooling, room by room control and the strong Dubai sun.

DISCUSS CLIMATE CONTROL

Cooling designed for the way you live

The right temperature in one room is not always right for the whole property.

UMNO plans clear controls and room zones around the installed air conditioning system, occupancy and the building layout. We coordinate with the HVAC and MEP teams so the smart home interface reflects what the equipment can actually do.

Dubai priorities

  • Air conditioning and room zones
  • Sun exposure and shading
  • Simple daily schedules
  • Accessible controls and service

What the system can bring together

The features depend on the selected HVAC equipment and agreed scope.

Room by room control

Setpoints and available operating modes can be organised by zone, giving occupants a clearer way to manage different spaces.

Daily schedules

Timed settings can support routines at home or while away. Manual adjustment stays straightforward when plans change.

Shading coordination

Blinds and curtains can be considered alongside cooling, particularly in rooms with strong sun exposure and large glazing.

One clear interface

Wall controls, touchscreens or an app can present the available climate functions in a consistent way across the property.

Measured conditions

Where suitable sensors and equipment are available, temperature and other relevant readings can inform the user interface.

Connected scenes

Climate settings may form part of welcome, night or away scenes, with behaviour agreed for each room and system.

Integration starts with the HVAC design

We verify the control options before promising a particular feature.

The existing or specified cooling equipment determines the available interfaces, zones and control logic. We review documentation with the HVAC contractor, then define what will appear on wall controls and screens. Shading can be included where it suits the glazing and interior design.

Information we review

  • HVAC equipment and interface schedule
  • Room zones and intended setpoints
  • Window orientation and shading plan
  • Access for maintenance and handover
