What can a smart home control?

When should smart home planning begin?
Ideally, before electrical layouts and interior finishes are finalised. Early coordination makes it easier to position controls, plan cable routes and choose accessible locations for equipment. Existing properties can also be assessed individually.
Can you integrate equipment that is already installed?

Is KNX required for every property?
